In the lecture, you will be introduced a vision of Shanghai in the next century by examining the relevance of the Shanghai World Expo in 2010. Professor Yip delivered this lecture on December 8th, 2009 as the first speaker of a series of lectures organized by the Hong Kong Chinese Culture Development Association. One of the objectives of this lectureship is to encourage Hong Kong Primary and Secondary Principals and Teachers to give attention to the significance of the Shanghai World Expo.
